Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us — the name, email address and phone number you enter in a form on this site, plus anything you write in a message.
  • Membership information — the details needed to set up and run your membership, including waiver and emergency contact information collected in person or through our booking provider.
  • Basic website analytics — pages visited and general device information, used to understand which parts of the site are useful.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and book your class
  • To administer memberships, billing and class registrations
  • To send occasional updates about schedules and events — you can opt out at any time
  • To keep the gym safe and meet our insurance obligations

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — for example our booking and payment platform — and only as far as they need it.

Third-party services

Some pages link to or embed services run by other companies, including embedded maps, booking tools and social media platforms. Those services have their own privacy policies and we recommend reading them.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Membership records are kept as long as our accounting, insurance and legal obligations require.

Children

We run programmes for young people aged 9–16. Information about a member under 18 is provided and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
